We ship worldwide. Please note that all shipping costs will vary depending on the shipping partner your item is coming from.
That Looks orders are delivered Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm. All purchases made on the weekend or public holidays will be sent out on the next working day. As every order is unique, shipping costs will vary depending on the size, weight and destination of your chosen items.
That Looks does not cover customs charges that could be applied to your package when it reaches your destination. If there are any charges, you will be responsible for payment.
As your purchase will be prepared quickly for dispatch, please contact us as soon as possible to make any changes to an order. We are unable to cancel an order once it has been processed. For more information, email firstname.lastname@example.org
Please take care when trying on your purchases and return them in the exact same condition you received them. Any returns that do not meet our store policy will not be accepted.
Returned items must comply within That Looks returns policy:
Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused, with all tags attached and the original packaging included.
All jewellery and accessories must be returned with the original branded boxes and dust bags, where provided.
Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Your returned item must arrive back at the partner it was ordered from no later than 10 days after your delivery date. We recommend that you return your order within 3 days of your delivery date to ensure that it arrives at the relevant location within this time frame.
If you choose to return your purchase, we will refund you the full price for any returned item that meets our Returns Policy; however, you will be responsible for the cost and arrangement of returning the item(s) to the partner(s) you ordered from. If you choose to exchange your product, we will cover the shipping cost.

Once your return has been received and accepted by our partner, your refund will be completed via the original payment method, excluding the delivery costs. We’ll keep you updated every step of the way. If you choose, we can issue your refund as a credit; the amount will apply at checkout the next time you shop with us.
